In Lake Park, Minnesota, we developed two 32-Plex Apartments. The complex is comprised of 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed apartment units and was coordinated with City input and requirements.
We designed, procured materials, and constructed a top-quality complex successfully working within a budget and timeline.
We aligned with the owners of LivAway to help capture their vision for the new hotel. We assisted in designing the millwork and casework for their project, creating a model room to help finalize the vision.
We are a preferred vendor and have many of our products in spec for their hospitality projects. All aspects of this project were aligned with the Client’s vision to ensure a successful TurnKey Solution.
